Q: Where are you located?
A: Regency Fallbrook is located in beautiful Fallbrook, California, near Fallbrook Hospital, a medical office complex, and the historic downtown Main Street.  Click here for a map and directions.

Q: How many apartments are at Regency Fallbrook?
A: Regency Fallbrook offers 61 apartments.  We have just added a new Memory Care Unit as well.

Q: What sort of apartments and amenities are available?
A: Regency Fallbrook features private studios and one or two bedroom apartments with kitchenettes and a home-like atmosphere. Residents have amenities such as hosted dining, beauty and barber salon, library, weekly housekeeping, transportation, computer center, activity and recreation rooms, fitness center, cable TV. Those desiring independent living or requiring assisted living can be accommodated. 

Q: Do you offer church services and other religious activities at the site?
A: Yes, there is a weekly church service and transportation to various outside churches.

Q: What is your visitor policy?
A: Regency Fallbrook welcomes and encourages visitors, including children and pets.  For individuals who wish to bring a pet on a regular basis, please see the Activity personnel for a copy of the policy.  Visitors should be respectful of resident rights and not interfere with the plan of care. Gifts and foods should be checked in at the nurse's station.  Suggested visiting hours are from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm.

Q: Do you offer transportation?
A: Yes. Transportation to various events is scheduled regularly, and special rides can be made with an appointment.

Q: Do you have hair care for residents?
A: A beauty/barber shop is located at Regency Fallbrook.

Q: How many meals a day are included in the basic fee?
A: Our chef offers scrumptious meals three times daily in the dining room. Quality foods and menu selection is important for health and variety.

Q: How long may a resident stay in this community?
A: Resident needs can eventually move beyond Regency Falllbrook’s license to care for them. Should this situation occur, residents may wish to move to a Regency Pacific skilled nursing community to support an easy transition to a facility with different licensed care.

Q: What is assisted care?
A: Assisted care is designed for active seniors who either need, or feel they will need, help with everyday living. It provides assurance that help will immediately be available in case of emergency, which creates an energetic environment full of friends, good food, and activity.

Q: What if I need personal care?
For residents requiring assistance with their daily living needs, a professional licensed staff is available to provide additional assisted care. Our assisted living program offers an individualized program of additional services including daily light housekeeping and well-being checks as well as personalized assistance with dressing and grooming, plus escort services to meals and activities.

Q. What are Regency Fallbrook’s rates?
A: The rate structure for Regency Fallbrook will have a significant range depending on the size and location of the apartment and the level of service required. All rates will reflect a base level of services.  When the rates are compared to apartment rentals within the Regency Fallbrook community please note that a very large portion of the rental rates reflect the cost of providing services.  Most of the services incorporated within the rate structure are requirements of licensing.  The basic rate will start at approximately $2,564 per month for a studio/one bath apartment, $3,312 for a one-bedroom/one bath, $3,895 per month for a two-bedroom/two-bath apartment, $3,995 for a semi-private Memory Care room, and $4,995 for a private Memory Care room.  Studios are designed for one-person accommodations and the one and two-bedroom units for one to two people. A second person fee will range from $500 per month. Memory Care units The units are unfurnished.

Q: Do you offer discounts, specials or promotions?
A: Yes! Check out our Internet Specials. Private pay residents also qualify for our Vacations Program, which allows assisted living residents to travel with assistance to another Regency Pacific Assisted Living community for one week at NO charge.  See Our Community page for more information.

Q: How do I pay for care?
We accept private pay and long-term care insurance.  We also accept credit card payments by Visa and Mastercard and check payments.  Residents and their families also enjoy our Automated Payment Plan, which uses pre-authorized payments to automatically debit their Visa, Mastercard, or checking accounts for rent and assisted living services.  Our bookkeeper is more than happy to assist you in gaining a basic understanding of managing your financial affairs.
